Here is another article that I’ve been sitting on that is very dated but still so relevant it is not to be missed.

When the First Lady stands behind good nutrition with an actual shovel, you know people will begin to take notice.

As consumers, we have the power to keep forcing our food suppliers to give us what we really want which are nutrient rich foods.

Have you ever sat and thought just for a moment that maybe, just maybe, auto-immune disorders like Celiac are the direct result of our food being so bastardized, so processed to absolute death, that our bodies no longer recognize things that have been in our diets for thousands of years?

That is why organic foods are an absolute must so we can get the most nutrients our bodies are clearly craving. And in terms of living gluten free, we need all the help we can get to keep our bodies and our minds crystal clear.
