Living to Love and Loving to Live

This last week was flat out fantastic. Not only did I get a taste of some real fall weather, but I got to do what I love most: teach others how to bake gluten free.
As I touched on in my previous post, teaching is all about learning for both parties and I definitely learned from my class at ICE. I’ve never been able to pull off 8 recipes in 4 hours, but it was indeed done! The class was committed and curious and it made me want to turn right around and do it again.
Luckily, I got to do so a couple days later by driving up to Paramus, New Jersey to do a kid-themed cooking demo at the Whole Food there with Leo, pass out my famous millet power bars for all the attendees, and watch the latest episode of Gluten Morgan (which also went live this week!!!). Spreading the gluten free love is what it’s all about and it feels so awesome. It gets me out from behind my computer and smack dab in the thick of it. Thank you to everyone who came out! If you want to see me in your area, leave a comment so I can add your city to the list!
LOVE. A little dab just won’t do ya. I’ve got jars of gluten free love just waiting to be opened…
