Everything may be bigger in Texas but EVERYTHING grows in California. The Santa Barbara Farmer’s Market blew the top of my head off with shear astonishment and had my jaw dragging on the pavement from the shock of booth after booth of some of the most magnificent vegetables, eggs, oils, breads, and flowers I have ever seen. To say the least, I’ve found inspiration on a whole new level just from the divinely superior produce that I’ve been playing with. Grocery stores have begun to feel archaic and the itch to move out here is worse than a horse fly bite.
