Ferran Adrià to Speak Tonight at the Castro

Ferran Adrià is going to be at the Castro Theater tonight at 7pm to talk about food, of course, and his new cookbook, The Family Meal, which I reserved two signed copies of, because it’s Ferran Adrià. Someone I love will be getting the second copy as a gift and the first I’m giving to Leo as his first cookbook which I will, by default, use until he moves out in 14 years.

And I might as well go ahead and spill the beans now that I want, more than anything in the world, to be able to go and cook at his new LAB someday.
