I Haven’t Been Doing Nothing

Although it may seem as though I haven’t been baking all that much, it’s quite the contrary. I’ve been working on several recipes, none of which have panned out as I’d of hoped, but I haven’t abandoned them all together. I did a white chocolate mousse that was just way too sweet, a banana tart with a polenta crust, which was delicious, but the crust needs a little more work and I just made a batch of cottage cheese muffins this morning and the consistency was all wrong. So I am working, just not at my optimal level…
